Max Armand became one of the youngest Brokers in California in 2012 at the age of 23, and has proven to be one of the top producers in Southern California ever since. A native of Los Angeles, Max currently resides in Inglewood’s Morningside Park, and has closed over 20 transactions in Inglewood and the neighboring areas alone since purchasing his home there in 2017. On top of providing elite service to Buyers and Sellers, Max produces several designer flips a year and owns/manages a 4-unit building in beautiful Leimert Park. He is deeply invested in several Los Angeles neighborhoods, and has extensive hyperlocal market knowledge throughout the city.
Starting his real estate career in 2011 while finishing college at UC San Diego, Max worked for one of the preeminent investment groups in Southern California, identifying, evaluating and purchasing properties at foreclosure auctions as the real estate market recovered from the recession and mortgage crisis. From 2011 to 2014 he underwrote the purchases of over 700 homes, participating in the essential process of residential renovation that helped kick-start the housing recovery and rejuvenate countless communities.
In 2014 Max launched his own brokerage, Helix Properties, and focused on elite-level real estate services for buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Southern California. In 2016 he was awarded the SDAR Platinum Level Excellence Award with more than 100 units sold for the year, the highest honor given by the Association. It is extraordinarily rare to see a Realtor who accumulate such extensive experience and sales records to start a career.
Proudly joining The Address, Max specializes in residential listings and sales, as well as flips and multiunit income-producing properties investors. His vast trove of experience, unsurpassed customer service, superior command of technology, and outstanding record of results make him a force to be reckoned with in the industry, and the only broker his clients will ever call.
